On my prior podcast, the topic was how to discern and obey God's calling on your life. But what if your calling isn't into ministry or God seems silent on what job you should have? How do you apply your faithfulness to normal, everyday work life?

John Englehart Jr. is a Human Resources leader, coach, trainer, and Christian author whose work explores humanity at work, faith in the everyday, and the importance of leading well in the places that matter most. Englehart joins this episode of the Practical Faith Academy to discuss how we can apply our Sunday faith when we return to work on Monday.

In this podcast, Englehart will focus on those jobs that are not clearly in ministry or service – jobs needed in the world, but not glamorous or clearly Christian. Englehart shares how we can approach each work week with God in mind and kindness on our hearts, focusing on blessing others with our work and with our attitude. He explains how it’s possible to show our faith in subtle ways in workplaces where Christianity and religion are not the focus, simply by the way we treat others.
